Terry provides legal and regulatory due diligence services for Gray Ghost Ventures and its charitable foundations. He facilitates the coordination of domestic and foreign legal counsel with management concerning both corporate, taxation and transactional matters.
Terry joined Gray Ghost Ventures in 1994, and has been involved in providing staff support to the Gray Matters Capital Foundation since its inception.
